Your Sister's Sister is a heart-warming and beautifully played study of relationships between siblings, where affection and rivalry compete for attention.

Jack (Duplass) is sent by his close friend Iris (Blunt) to her family’s remote vacation home to reflect on his life, only to unexpectedly find Iris’s older sister Hannah (DeWitt) there for similar purposes. The two quickly get to know each other over an evening of tequila but when Iris arrives unannounced the next morning, it sets off a chain reaction of revelations that will complicate their lives forever.
