Ben Roberts is CEO of the company. Prior to Protagonist, Ben was VP, Worldwide Acquisitions for Universal Pictures and General Manager for UK Distributor Metrodome.

Charlotte Van Weede is Head of Sales, joining Protagonist from Hanway Films where she was Director of Sales . Charlotte began her career at Intermedia before moving to Summit International where she was VP of Sales.

Protagonist also manages the Film4 and third party libraries, headed by Nada Cirjanic, formerly of FilmFour Limited, Granada International, National Geographic's Explore International and MTV Networks.

Bridget Pedgrift - Head of Marketing. Bridget returns to film after a career break, having previously headed the Publicity and Marketing department for Film4 International.

Darnell Brown - Finance Director. Darnell comes to Protagonist with 18 years experience, developed whilst working as Head of Accounts at The Works International.

Jeremy Baxter - Creative Executive. Jeremy was previously Worldwide Acquisitions Manager for Universal Pictures International.

David Bartholomew - Library Assistant. David previously worked for Metrodome, Icon and TV Loonland.
